Key safe boxes are a great idea but there's nothing quite like the personal service when welcoming guests into your Holiday Home. For some guests just knowing that there's a friendly face nearby can make all the difference. When a home has been empty for a little while we'll go in a day before to make sure the heating on and the house warm when Guests arrive - not so important in the Summer but in the Autumn and Winter this makes a real difference. We can also do one-offs to cover for illness and other unforseen circumstances.
If you need us to we can provide check-out services too which can be useful where a safety/damage deposit has been taken. We can also arrange for new keys to be cut if ever they get lost or if guests forget to return them. Our check-out services extend to tranporting linen to lundries and disposing of excess refuse and other unwanted items left by guests. We provide a range of competitively priced cleaning and laundry services including pre-season and of season cleans.
We supply welcome packs for Guests including fresh local bread, milk and butter - and anything else you choose including fresh flowers and other items such as tea and coffee. Our welcome packs are very much appreciated by Guests and especially after a long journey. We can also supply a range of personal toiletries including hospitality soaps and shampoo which really great a great first impression. We can work to your budget both in terms produce and quality.
"Our usual Housekeeper had to go into Hospital at very short notice. We called Holiday Home Help who happily agreed to let our Guests in and also provided a welcome pack which, judging by comments in the Visitor's Book, was really apprecieted.
